PPOEM runs thick gauge vacuum forming and thermoforming lines for equipment makers, vehicle builders and consumer brands. Sheet from 0.8 mm to 12 mm, forming area up to 3.0 × 2.0 m, and trimming on 5-axis routers — so housings, covers, trays and liners arrive ready to bolt on.
Tooling is built in-house: aluminium for production, composite or printed moulds for samples. First parts in 7–15 days, a dimensional report with every batch, and the tooling kept for repeat orders.

The enclosure was quoted, tooled and sampled in eleven days. Wall thickness held where the old supplier used to thin out, and the trimmed edges line up with our chassis without any hand work.
We moved a welded steel guard to a 6 mm ABS vacuum forming. Weight dropped by more than half and the tooling cost paid back inside the first production batch.
PPOEM kept the mould from our first order and every repeat release has matched the approved sample. Dimensional reports come with the shipment, which is what our quality team needs.
